Service Object: Municipal religious groups, county level religious groups ,county or city level Religious affairs department

 

Condition for Permission: 1.2.3.4.5provisions of Article XIV of The State Council Religious Affairs Regulations

 

License basis:Article XIII of The State Council Religious Affairs Regulations (the 426th article was issued by the state council On November 30, 2004.); Hunan Religious Affairs Ordinance article 13 (the 67th article  was issued by the municipal government  on November 30.)

Credential Types: reported cases

 

Examination and Approval Authority: Religious Affairs Department of Hunan Province

 

Legal validity: Temple’s and church’s should be reported to the provincial administration for religious affairs for examination and approval otherwise the applicant cannot set up or rebuild sites for religious activities. Religious buildings can be built or religious activities can be conducted only on fixed sites  after approval.

 

Credential and Validity: Religious building’s registration certificate

 

Way of Permission: Examination and Approval

 

Numbers for Permission: limited

 

Commitment Time: twenty working days
